Carlos did a great job with asbestos abatement in my basement. Will be trying to use him for future flooring project too!
Rod Solutions had confirmed an appointment on 2/12/26 to test my basement floor for asbestos. They never showed up, never called and I haven't heard from them. Totally unprofessional company. Stay away from this company!!!
I had an excellent experience with Rod solutions for asbestos removal. From start to finish, Carlos and his team were professional, responsive, and incredibly thorough. They clearly explained the process, followed all safety protocols, and completed the job efficiently and on schedule. What stood out most was their attention to detail and genuine care for keeping my home safe. The crew was respectful, knowledgeable, and left the area spotless. I felt confident and informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Rod solutions to anyone needing asbestos remediation and a reasonable rate. They are reliable, trustworthy, and truly experts in their field. Thanks so much for giving me peace of mind S. J in Bowi
We recently purchased a colonial home built in 1949, and were concerned about asbestos (we are planning to do some renovations that would involve changes to walls and our basement.) Carlos came out and, per our request, examined the insulation in our attic and did a walk through of our basement to look for areas of concern. He was kind, patient and knowledgeable, and as others have said, did not try to sell us services that we did not need. Our family gained so much peace of mind from our time working with him, and we would highly recommend him if you have asbestos concerns.
The company was very professional and efficient in removing the floor tiles that contained the asbestos and offered recommendations on what to replace the floor. Lastly, they put back the appliances and reconnected them.
Carlos and his team were punctual, professional, and affordable. They exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely hire them again.
Carlos and his team did an wonderful job removing a thick layer of mastic from a room in my condo. They showed up the morning after I contacted them and by afternoon the place was clean. Amazing!
Carlos and team was awesome. They came in, removed all of the asbestos tiles in a day, got it passing inspections and had the epoxy flooring done the next day. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer or higher quality crew. Thanks Carlos!
Carlos was very professional and helped us quickly test an area of our basement for asbestos. I highly recommend his services!
