Rodent Busters are fantastic. Very happy that I became a long-term customer to protect our house! In particular, Naj has been awesome. He is very detail-oriented and thorough in his work, and shows strong ownership over quality of his work and protection against rodents for his customers. From sealing all entry points both inside the crawlspace and attic. It’s airtight protection. Very satisfied and highly recommend Naj and the Rodent Buster team.

Unprofessional and rude. Not responsive. Called me "price sensitive" because I asked a simple question about a very high-level estimate!? Many other more reputable providers out there who happily answered questions, so not worth taking a chance with this provider.
Had what was starting to be a rodent problem. They came out did a thorough inspection and found a few problem spots under the house. They told care of it in a day and gave me a five year warranty guaranteeing no rodents for 5 years or they come out for free 😳😊 amazing
Happy to work with Burak for the initial treatment for spider infestation
Seems like a scammer. He missed his appointment, required a $50 deposit just to show up (for bugs), then he insisted on "looking for rats" demanding to look in the crawl space and attic (we dont have rats). Such a transparent attempt to upsell. Then he increased his quoted price by double; when we said no he said he could "go lower" but not to the price he quoted on the phone. What a scammer.
Came quickly to help with our bug problem and was responsive over messages. Would recommend!
We are so pleased with the work Julio and his crew did. Such great, pleasant workers. They were prompt, thorough and very careful about cleanliness. At a time when we were so overwhelmed with our rodent issue, Julio and his crew were very knowledgeable and reassuring. They applied mitigation procedures inside and outside of our house. They will be following up to be sure that our problem is totally resolved. We are very pleased. Thank you.
Wonderful experience --- I promise you will be happy !
He called after I submitted a service request but he hadn’t read any of the questions that I already answered in the app. He then agreed to come today between 8- 10am, but he never called or showed. It was a waste of my time and unprofessional.
Smooth experience from the start to the end. Highly recommend.
Burak has been great and continues to follow up on the rodent issues. Very professional and responsive.
Rodent busters personnel were prompt and professional
Its been hard to track down the entry point into my condo in a 3 unit building, they have responded to my worries every time
Burak came the same day to seal off the hole and sanitize the area. He was responsive and easy to work with and quickly solved my rodent problem in my shed.
