I hired Rodrigues service first to do lawn care for my property- well let me tell you - I have since hired them for 2 more projects - and will be hiring the. For many others. They show up when they are supposed to - the price is upfront and the are there till you are satisfied they just completed new railings on my home- they are awesome.
Mr. Rodriguez was very nice. I have had issue with the gates. Made very badly. Soldering pieces together. I have to replace them.
If you schedule a date/time to come do an estimate, show up on time. If something comes up, have the courtesy to contact the customer and reschedule instead of not responding and leaving the customer wondering what's going on. I understand the first time if something happens....but the second time with no communication is a little ridiculous.
I needed someone to finish the fence in my backyard and put in a gate, and Mr. Rodrigues did a wonderful job! He came out within a few days, and scheduled the work within a week. Very reasonably priced, and he built it all by hand. I definitely recommend him!
I had such a wonderful experience with Rodrigues Service and his crew. They installed a large retaining wall in my backyard in Pittsburgh. This was definitely a tough project but they tackled it a timely and professional manner. The cost of the wall was much more reasonable than other quotes I received and they used the same products as the other vendors. Now that the wall is finished, we are already scheduled for other projects for my home. I appreciate his kindness and flexibility!

Absolute horrible customer service here. I exchanged about 10 message with vendor on this app. All messages were with perfect sounding English. He had confirmed appt time and date to assist my 86 year old mother who needed some work done. He never showed up and never called and never answered my many messages for the day of service- that the day before he was very quick to answer. I finally called him and all he could say was no speak English. Such a shame for a very elderly woman that was counting on his help.
