Roger responded very quickly to my request for an estimate , checked everything (plumbing leak etc ) offered a very fair and reasonable price to properly fix the leak as well as the ceiling repair. Very professional, always in time, finished everything within the promised time frame and did really nice work ! As a bonus he’s also a very nice person ! Thanks again Roger !

This contractor was paid and said job was finished. The pictures below show the substandard work he performed. A job he said would take 3-5 days took over 2 weeks. Due to his repeated failures, I informed him I did not want him to return since he couldn’t do it right the 5-6 times he was out here for the same thing. This was a simple kitchen electric work , popcorn ceiling removed, and painting. He removed popcorn ceiling, old lights with outside frame and left the edges un smoothed as pictures show. The kitchen ceiling was not smoothed out and patch covered as seen in picture.

I debated whether it was worth bringing someone to do something I could do - albeit with limited gear and several hours. If this is you, cut to the end and save yourself the time. Roger was hyper responsive, well informed, kind, trustworthy, and banged out the solution (better than what I had devised) in less than 10% the time it’d have taken me (true). I wouldn’t hesitate to bring Roger back for any other issue we have. High praise.

Roger was absolutely incredible, he provides the BEST services I’ve ever had from a Handyman… he knows about everything! Work is pristine, creative, and exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely have him back for more projects in the immediate future! Thanks for an excellent experience Roger!

Roger is such a great handyman. He is a jack of all trades. He does work at a fair price and with a perfectionists mindset. He did my acoustic Wooden Panels, hung my paintings, fixed my bed, and mounted my tv. Roger is also such a pleasure to work with and such an incredibly sweet social person. 10 out if 10 would recommend 🙌🙌🙌

He is absolutely the best knowledgeable professional you could hire. He is careful to understand what is needed, explaining exactly how he will complete the job and provides an accurate estimate of costs. He keeps everything clean and neat.

I am pleased with the finished product given what he was working with. I wasn't too happy with the clean up after, in spite of the 5 stars. I am considering hiring Roger for other projects as he believes in doing a job well.
