Christopher was great! He helped create a perfect family dinner while on vacation. He was able to help us pair wine with each course to enjoy and also helped to simplify some items for the children. When thrown a curveball with our power outage he was unfazed and still made everything work seamlessly. We thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely book again.

Chris was simply AMAZING!! We hired him to prepare a seated 4-course dinner for my dad’s 80th birthday. His food was incredible and everyone absolutely loved it- even our picky eaters! Chef Chris prepared a delicious gourmet meal in our unit for the family. Special experience celebrating brother and sister in law's anniversary. Chef was also very knowledgeable about the Lake Tahoe area and helped us plan the rest of out stay. Nice person who I'd highly recommend.
Chris showed up and had everything covered immediately. We didnt have to help him, or show him where anything was. He cooked, cleaned up, was just professional all around. Food was great and prepared quickly. He also brought a drone for some selfies which was a super cool experience. Would book again no problem!

Chef Chris was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He was so easy to communicate with and made the entire planning process seamless. He provided great sample menu options and gave us plenty of flexibility to customize everything, which really helped us create a meal that felt perfect for our group. We had some unexpected travel delays and ended up running late, but Chris was extremely understanding and accommodating with the last-minute schedule change, which we really appreciated. The food itself was phenomenal. Every dish was delicious. On top of that, he brought such a great energy and was genuinely fun to have around, which made the whole experience even better. I can’t recommend him enough, definitely book him for your next event!

The evening dinner prepared by Chef Chris was outstanding. The food was delicious and prepared by our menu requests. He met all dietary needs of our family. He was vey professional and the service was super great. He cleaned up afterwards like he was never there. He made this 80th celebration an evening to cherish.

Chris was so great in helping me create a menu for my husbands 40th birthday in Tahoe. He was very responsive and professional. He showed up on time and catered to our party of 15. He asked upfront for any dietary restrictions or meals for children to ensure we would have a positive and enjoyable experience. Everyone loved the dining experience. My in-laws and husband were so happy and kept raving about how the experience was so special for them. I highly recommend using Chris for your special event and will definitely be reaching out again for our next trip to Tahoe!
