Excellent work at a very reasonable price. He communicated clearly, was extremely professional, and delivered great results. I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to others

I was very pleased. He was clearly experienced and knew what he was doing and did it in a way that avoided any mess or cleanup on my part. He was very personable and when the doors didn't hang quite right at first, it was clear his intent was to do it "right" and with perfectionism. It was apparent that he cared about my satisfaction.

Hari and his guys did an excellent job at my apartment. They fixed a leaky pipe on top the water heater in a timely manner and at reasonable price

Harry and his team did an excellent job with my pantry project. He installed my kitchen pantry door, drilled the holes, added the hardware, stained it and also cut and installed the new wood shelves and stained it to match the door. It looks wonderful and definitely makes my kitchen pop. He works fast, very pleasant, reasonable priced, and is very efficient and knowledgeable about all the issues with home improvement projects. He also replaced the vanity lighting in my bathroom and it looks great. I am very pleased with the outcome. I plan to hire Harry again for future projects I have in mind.

I recently appointed them for installing a door and also sealing the deck. The door installation was a bit complex as they had to install dry wall to make sure the aperture fits the size of standard doors that you can buy from stores. They have done an excellent job. The finishing is amazing. Hari and Louis are gentle, very courteous and they delivered amazing results. I would hire them again in future for anything in my house. Highly recommended!

Hari is aware of this review as I verbally advised him that I was disappointed. The initial contact was for a door installation and floors moldings. The day came and he told me he wasn’t going to do any work just look. I told him that’s not what he said since he had already received the pictures he requested I show him. That day he finished the moldings but didn’t install the door. He said he would have to return since it was on a Saturday. He returned the day we agreed in the afternoon. That day he called me and stated he had his son and wasn’t going g to be here in time. I advised him it was ok he could come later which he and his son (maybe 8yrs old) did. That day he completed the work. I advised him that I had a leak in the bathroom ceiling and if he knew anyone that could assist. He states he did. Someone came 2 weeks later that Saturday morning. He partially opened up the bathroom ceiling to try to see where was the leak but couldn’t come to a conclusion. Now it’s 3 weeks later and I have an opened bathroom ceiling and no one to do the work since Hari confirmed the appointment last week for today (Labor Day) and NOW states his employees don’t want to work since it’s a holiday. He said he forgot. This is unacceptable I am unsure if it’s because I am a women that he thinks he could keep doing this or what. I have text messages as proof. I wouldn’t hire this company EVER again!

My bedroom door would not close! I tried to fix it myself and could never get it right! I contacted Rohasa Remodeling Tuesday night and they were at my house Monday morning at 8:00 am! I am very pleased with the entire process! I will use these guys again without a doubt!

Hari and his team were great to work with. We messaged him on a Friday evening and his team was ready to go on Monday. He was very responsive and easy to work with. The night before we actually wanted to change the design style and he was very open to working with us and ensuring we got what we wanted. Hari and his team finished in a timely manner that day, cleaned up after themselves and the final product came out EXACTLY like the photo I showed him! Highly recommend.

Hari and his worker Camilo did a great job installing my moulding. He arrived right on time and took his time with installing everything! Hari responded to my project request right away and was able to get the job done in a timely manner! I’ll definitely be using him again for future home projects! Thank you again guys! I greatly appreciate everything you did!

Needed an interior door installed... both employees did a great job making the hinge notches on the door, and making adjustments for the door to fit just right in the doorway. Very nice people and completed their job in good timing. I am a very satisfied.

Highly recommended. Hari installed 2 doors for me within hours of connecting with him.

Hari arrived to review the project and provide an estimate. I wanted to replace an ugly exterior door and install a new storm door. I also wanted the small entryway painted. I supplied the paint for the walls and trim and Hari graciously provided the ceiling paint because it was a very small area and he had some on hand. I appreciated that! I purchased the doors at HD and he picked them up for a small charge. He and the workman (Carlos) arrived on the day we scheduled. Carlos began removing the old doors and checking the condition of the existing woodwork. My house is nearly 100 years old and I was concerned about the condition of the wood frame but Carlos showed me that the wood was sound and did not need replacing. Hari and Carlos answered all questions, reassured me that the work would be done on time, and did a fabulous job of dealing with a picky customer. Hari made me feel like my satisfaction was important. He and Carlos respected my home and cleaned after themselves. I feel that the price was reasonable considering the carpentry work that Carlos did to make the exterior side of the door look great. It wasn't a big job but they provided quality workmanship. The photo might not look like much but I am happy with my new door and would hire Rohasa Modeling for future work in my home.
