ROI representatives visited our home today for a free estimate for window replacement. Jerry was extremely thorough, professional, and helpful throughout his presentation. What stood out most was that he did not use any high-pressure sales tactics; instead, he took the time to explain different options and helped us understand what would work best for our needs. We found his proposal to be very reasonable and appreciated the transparency and professionalism he brought to the process. Based on our experience with Jerry, we decided to move forward with ROI for our window replacement project. ROI offered “spray foam service.” They then called and said: “we don’t do spray foam.” I said, no thank you. I only want spray foam. The same staff person then proceeded to call back five separate times with the same message. The owner then called, and apologized for the enthusiasm of his sales staff. Even though he doesn't handle spray foam, he offered to drive 45 minutes to my house and see if he could help me out. This kind of follow-up, taking responsibility for an employee's error, is not something we see enough of these days, and is to be commended.

I paid a large deposit. They cut a giant hole in my ceiling and then said they couldn’t do the job. Still waiting on my deposit back. Very disappointed.

ROI inspection and quote process was top tier. Mike S showed up on time and ready to go. He thoroughly educated me on the attic insulation removal and installation process as well as the different materials appropriate for my home. He was equipped with state of the art equipment to get an aerial view and square footage calculation of my attic. He was very patient and answered all my questions. In addition, the quoted price was very reasonable

Jerry was very knowledgeable during our initial meeting to go over the type of insulation I would need and the initial estimate. Pricing was extremely fair - $2,724 for ~900sqft of attic space. I haven't scheduled the work yet, but just based off the initial professionalism from Jerry, I have not doubt the job will be done well and exceed the standard. Update: Job was completed in about an hour and a half (14 inches of insulation, baffle installation). Crew was extremely professional and left no traces of their presence! Highly recommend

The office confirmed appointment twice with me to get a quote. Jerry arrived for the appointment on time and was professional. I showed him what we wanted to do - replace our existing French doors. He said they only work with ProVia and were their preferred installers. We built the door we wanted together. He showed us a sales tool highlighting why ProVia doors were superior to others from Home Depot or Lowe’s. Spent about 20-30 mins presenting why ROI is a great company. Then came pricing. He gave a “anytime price good for the year”, a lesser “30 day price” and a “efficiency price” if we signed today. It was too high of a price and we asked for a breakdown of parts vs labor. He said he doesn’t have that and “no one has ever asked him for this.” I was shocked at that response and asked him how long he had been doing this - he said 3 years. I know when there is no transparency it’s a good sign they are trying to overcharge. I got quotes from two others and they were able to provide the price of the door and labor separately. ROI was 20% more expensive even with their “efficiency pricing”.

The first job was repairing the windows on our porch and the second was adding gutters and repairing our roof. This company is nothing short of amazing! Just had ROI Construction come out to give us a quote and we ended up choosing them. First of all, the company was very responsive and quick to respond when we had initially reached out. Second, Mike D. was very professional, understanding and helpful in helping us figure out what door we should get. I enjoyed the brief he gave (pictures and all) and the transparency over price. I like the fact that we were able to customize the door to better suit our needs, which justified the quote we received. All in all, I will definitely be using the company again once I begin working on my other property. They are making the daunting process of home makeovers appear easy.
