this guy said several times that he'd be back in touch but then never would. If you're in talks about a job that you don't want, that's fine, simply say you're not interested - saves wasted time and shows dignity for yourself and respect for others.

Awesome service, fr, explained exactly what work was needed
I had an excellent experience with this pro who installed grab bars in a bathroom and shower for an elderly family. I will use this pro again on future projects.
Did horrible work that I had to beg him to finish then he ghosted me. Do not work with this guy.
I just hired them. They have not done the work, yet.
Total professional. Great communication. Got the job done.
Hired him for electrical work & door lock replacement , really experienced in what he did Reasonable price & good quality work Will definitely hire him in the future
The crew arrived and got right to work. They painted the exterior of my home including doors and trim. It looks amazing. I highly recommend!!
Rolando came through when we needed a paint job done before moving in.
They were amazing
I had a wonderful experience with the installation of my three toilets. Rolando was very professional, he listened to my needs and did the job quickly and efficiently. After he was done he cleaned up and even gave me a free estimate of my backyard fir pavers. I will hire him again!! Yes
