Roman was on time after 9am appt, he cut away the odorous mice dropping-infested wood of the bathroom built-in vanity on one side, the demolished pieces filled a medium size cardboard box, he didn't help clean up afterwards, packed up his tool bag and charged $350 for 2hrs of using his electric cutting tools!! $175/hr vs his rate $60/hr was a ripoff!! What can client with no super power do? Stupid mice odorous droppings infestated my entire house bathrooms, hundreds of electricity outlets, and 2777 sq ft naked without wallpaper drywall, as well as plumbing...
Roman was great! I had a few fixes around my house I had been putting off for a long time and that exceeded my expertise. He did a fantastic job of replacing some drywall behind shower tiles that had gotten soaked through over the years, and put the tiles back into place with fresh grouting and sealing. He also fixed up the grouting throughout the shower where it was wearing down so it looks good as new! He fixed a problem I had with a hinge on a kitchen cabinet and a porch light that had a fixture that needed replacing. Would recommend him and his work!
Roman works well and listens if you have requests. He fixed a crack on the living room ceiling, chipping in the office, another next to my laundry machine, changed the kitchen faucet, the porch light, finally sanded and vanished a door. He works quite diligently, so his price is fair. Highly recommend him.
