Absolutely phenomenal work from Roman! I needed a new PRV and an expansion tank and he was quick to give me a diagnostic, an estimate, was transparent in his process and his timeline, and did some great work! I intend on keeping him on speed dial for all plumbing needs!
Although it was late in the evening, Ron responded to our request and visited our place on time to fix our water heater. He did not overcharge or quote a high price for the visit. He exactly knew the problem upon a quick inspection and repaired it within 40 mins. I would definitely reach out to Ron for any future repairs or maintenance.

Roman promptly provided the quotes and, after inspecting the issue, attempted to resolve it; however, he realized the job required more extensive repairs than he had initially estimated. He communicated this clearly, apologized for being unable to complete the fix, and did not charge for the time and effort he had already invested.
Roman responded promptly for a Sunday morning drain clog. He is a professional who knows his job- was on time - unclogged the drain and kept the works clean. Will certainly use him again
