I waited 30 minutes after the agreed time for the "Customer Service Nerd" to appear. Nobody showed up. Of course, things do come up unexpectedly, so I checked email and conversation to see if any messages about this had been sent, but none had. I also verified that I had given them the correct address. It should be kept in mind that, since they never showed up for the estimate, I cannot comment on how the actual work would have gone.

Reviews
Great job on replacing my roof, great quality, great communication and great clean up.
Great work , removed whole roof and build new one in 3 days. Price is very comparative with nice quality.
Very impressed by how on top of it RoofSmart was to deal with. They were on time with their estimate and open about the work to be done. I would recommend at least reaching out to see if they can help you with your project.
