Reviews
I had bad news the day of this appointment and the contractor was not familiar with my area and got lost. We talked via the app and he did show and is working up an estimate of the work. I am satisfied we met and got an estimate. So I would recommend this company.
Doing some updating to my bathrooms and hired Nelson to extend the drain pipe to reach the new drain location under my newly purchased bathroom vanity top. When he arrived he went right to work. Professional, polite, and timely with repairs! He even makes it a point to tell you to make sure you call him back if any issues arise! Love that. Wonderful to work with. Will be using his services again!
Great job! I am preparing my house to be sold and needed my bathroom cabinet fixed, a light fixture fixed, a hole in the door/wall, and some touch up paint. They did an excellent job! They got the paint to match perfectly and the right door and everything I asked for, but they event went above and beyond and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future!
Nelson removed old grout and replaced it with silicone sealant in my bathroom and kitchen. He was quick and neat, and it looks a million time better than the old cracking grout.
Nelson was prompt and thorough. Would use him again.
They were quick, clean, thorough and professional!! Great quality of work and so easy to work with.
I had a great experience with Nelson from Roraima Construction for our gutter installation. Their workmanship was excellent, with everything installed cleanly and functioning well. They were responsive throughout the project and easy to communicate with. The pricing was fair, and we felt we received excellent value for the quality of work provided. Would highly recommend.
Extremely Unprofessional Experience I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this business. They arrived around 9 AM to install a window, but the job was poorly handled from the start. The window they installed was broken, and instead of informing us or addressing the issue, they left without saying a word, claiming they would “be right back.” We waited the entire day with no communication whatsoever — not even a courtesy call or update. It wasn’t until 9 PM that we finally received a response. That’s 12 hours of silence, despite having started the job early in the morning. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for any professional service. Leaving a broken installation without informing the customer shows a complete lack of respect and responsibility. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or trustworthy service.
No showed our scheduled appointment to make an estimate for repairs.
Did a great job repairing my fence and installing new fans. Fair rates and solid work. Glad I’ve finally found someone to contact for all the odd jobs I hate doing!
Did awesome repairs on drywall kitchen door and even installed a stool in bathroom thank you very much great work
After over 12 months I finally found someone to get the job done! They travelled 120 miles roundtrip to do this job every day over a 4 day period. The finished product is beyond my expectations and I couldn't be happier!
came and measured the window then he said he couldn't find the glass to repair it and offered to replace it the price was too high .. I believe he just just didn't know how to take the window down so he blamed it on not finding the thinness of the glass
Nelson, is very reasonable with the price that I was quoted as opposed to other vendors that I had spoken to for one Window
Fabulous estimate within my budget
I sincerely appreciate Nelson and his team for creating the look that I wanted with luxury vinyl flooring in the hallway of my home. Previously, there was a concrete slab, a bare floor. Now I have the flooring in place that I am able to have a homey, welcoming, warm space for my family. Thank you so much Nelson and team
Nelson hooked up the water lines backwards and I have called and text him numerous times with promises to come out and fix it. He never shows after making appointments. I previously thought he did a good job until I found out what he did. I guess if he gets it right the first time it would be ok, just don’t expect good customer service afterwards.
We had an unexpected issue with a dishwasher install, and Nelson was able to help us promptly, efficiently, and for a very fair price! I would definitely recommend his services!
There is nothing to not like about Nelson. Value and Punctuality are also PLUS traits of Nelson.
