The 2 movers arrived on time and I showed them where to park, how to use the elevator and let them do their thing. They wrapped large items and I did not see any damage. There was a language barrier so communication wasn’t great. The movers took 3 hours to pack up a 1 bedroom apartment. I engaged the owner to report my dissatisfaction with speed during the move and the response was that the distance from my door to the truck was the problem. As this is a standard apartment building, I just don’t think that’s the reason it was taking so long, the movers were slow. They were not actively communicating issues and we had to keep checking on progress. Luckily, my friend jumped in to help move a few items to speed up the process. When everything was packed, we missed the 2.5 hour reservation for the freight elevator at the new place and had to wait about 30 min until it became free again. The loading process took about 1 hour. All in all, I paid for 5 hours of moving a bedroom apartment. I have never paid as much for a move as I did and will would not recommend this company.
quick and efficient in packing big items and loading and unloading them.
Some people get bored and buy a purse. I get bored and move. I’ve moved 21 times in 17 years and have zero regrets nor care about public opinion. Okay, now let’s get back to the task. ROSEMOVERS, OMG!!! Never in all m 20 moves have I seen it done with perfection, pure hard work and grace. These men came in and got to work! No sitting around watching the others, no chatting, no breaks on my time and priced appropriately. I’m so glad I trusted my gut and took a chance with these guys. Literally, don’t even waste your time. The most stress free experience in 17 years.
Great experience, worked quickly and professionally to get the move done in under 2 hrs.
Rosemovers accommodated my last-minute request when my original movers canceled, and the move itself was quick and efficient. They get the job done—just make sure to double-check that everything loaded onto the truck makes it back off at unloading.
So very pleased with Rose Movers! The guys showed up on time, carefully wrapped my furniture, loaded it onto the truck and delivered it into my storage unit. It was a lot of furniture and tedious but they did great! I already have them scheduled to move my new office next week. Finding great quality Movers has been such a stress relief and I’m grateful!
Rose movers were quick to respond and their work was good. they were able to get a job done in less than 2 hours without issues. I had to move from the third floor and there were a lot of large furniture but they were prompt.
Had a great experience with the guys at Rosemovers! Got things done pretty quickly and super nice people! Would definitely use them again in the future!
Amazing experience with Rose movers!! They arrived on time, moved swiftly and followed all instructions. We went over our two hour time frame by 15 mins (which was a little annoying) BUT instead of leaving the guys helped assemble furniture for the remaining 45 mins so we got our moneys worth. Would book them again in a heartbeat!
Had to get movers last minute & they were so helpful & fast. Would definitely use them again 🙂 also very affordable!
