Did a great job at my property
Good day, Two weeks ago, we paid for Roto King $598 to install a new faucet and new piping, as the old ones were rotten. Immediately after the guy left, we had a leak..literally within minutes. I reached out, and they sent the same guy back the next day. A couple of days later, it's leaking again. We went on vacation…I came back from vacation and started using our sink again for the holidays, and look... more leaking directly from the new pipes they installed. The wood under the skin is 100% damaged now due to constant water damage, and we need two containers under the sink to catch the dripping. I’m hurt because we have no money to replace the damaged woods and we have no more money to hire another plumber. This is so sad!
Diagnosed the clug easily unfortantely only result is a new toilet very affordable professional. Highly recommed.
Very professional and walked me through the whole process.
Thank you Roto King for your visit. Your service was excellent and we highly recommend you. This was the 2nd time we needed to call you because of a kitchen issue. We will definitely call you in the future.
They responded and arrived to my home very quickly. More importantly, my plumbing issue was resolved.
Speedy response and prompt repair. I was able to make it to work on time.
Roto King responded quickly and did an amazing job! The work was quality work and I will call them again! Thank you for fixing our leak and valves!
Responded quickly, appointment scheduled quickly, water heater installed, old one brought away, professional. Would use again
Eddie came out and very quickly fixed the clog, luckily it was no bursted pipes. Reasonable with pricing. Very nice and professional.
Eddie was very responsive and helpful with my plumbing leak. He came by as soon as he could for the emergency, and kept open communication for when he could come back and finish the rest of the issue. I don't hope for anymore plumbing issues, but if I do, I know who to call.
Eddie is amazing! He is professional and an excellent plumber. He identified our plumbing issue and fixed it in less than 20 mins. I highly recommend him. We will definitely call him if we need a plumber again.
Eddie is the best. If I am facing any plumbing issues - I will be calling Eddie from now. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Eddie was great . Able to come to my house next day . My toilet was a problem for two months . I had two different handyman work on it. There was water running all the time. It did not flush properly . Eddie fixed everything . He was extremely professional and very personable .
I needed help at the last minute and was accommodated awesomely. Hot water wasn’t running for over 24hrs. He was extremely well-versed in plumbing and fixed my issue in less than an hour. Highly recommended!
Incomplete job. No running water. Faucet still not fixed. 5 weeks. Can't use sink in kitchen or bathroom. Paid 500. Was billed 1400.00
I worked with Roto King some years ago and still had his number in my phone. My tub faucet was leaking hot water for over a week. I had done some research and knew what I needed to purchase, but I wanted the job done right, without issue. My regular plumber was unavailable, so I reached out to Wddie and he was there very promptly. It took him about 3 minutes to asses, and he advised that for labor and cost of parts it would be $430+ to fix. As I am a supporter of local small business, I assumed that this would be legitimate. He went to his truck and pulled the same piece I researched at Home Depot which costed approximately $35.00. He spent about 25 minutes in total fixing the part. He told jokes, laughed and everything was all set. A short while later, we went to the basement and noticed water leaking from the water heater; this is something we never saw in the 5+ years we’ve lived here. I called Eddie back to my home, and long story short this was his attitude- “my name is Bennet, and I’m not in it”. Not only did he fail to assist in any way, he advised that stuff like this happens, but I need to purchase a new water heater, anywhere from $800-$3000. He mentioned a trip in the water heater that he could not touch due to liability. He refunded me $100 for the inconvenience. When I finally talked to my normal plumber, we confirmed the piece that was used for my delta tub set up, and when I told him the price, he advised I’d been taken advantage of. I did not want to believe this, but the moment Eddie told me the cost of his “experience and time” as he worded it, I knew I had been had. When I brought this to his attention, he told me to write a bad review and threatened to have the cops come with him to remove the work he did. No need for that- but I wanted to keep my word. I will never, EVER utilize his services again, and if anyone asks, I will shout from the rooftops how unfair his pricing was to me.
Eddie was great! He responded very quickly and did a fantastic job with a smile 😊
