Although we did not end up hiring Rouge3 Communication LLC because we had to fix the problem ourselves due to the urgency, I was very impressed with his attitude and professionalism. He was courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, and a true gentleman with a strong “get it done” attitude. Based on our experience communicating with him, I would definitely contact him for future work. Ken is your best choice for setting up security on your property! I'm not at all savvy when it comes to electronics and installation so I very much appreciate what he does. Now we have a first-class professional system and I can rest easy when away from the house. He has a lot of experience and is great at troubleshooting! I really wanted to avoid the monthly fee of a company monitored system as that type of security just doesn't really fit our needs anyway. The system he set up is perfect for us.
