Scheduling is terrible. Couldn’t even get to the quote for real because they kept moving the time around and I don’t have a schedule that allows all that I own a small business that is doing random things moving around so I can’t just be still waiting for them to show up just to do a quote.

Route Reset Cleaning LLC did an outstanding job. I hired Kenetra to clean my mom’s home, and she delivered above and beyond. She’s professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in her work. She handles homes, businesses, and even automotive detailing — and the quality is consistently top‑tier. My mom’s house looked refreshed, organized, and cared for. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable, thorough cleaning services.

There isn’t any amount of words that can justify Kenetra passion behind her business/brand. From the moment she arrived such a sweet, patient & very professional woman. She was remarkable and a pleasure to meet. She definitely exceeded my expectations. Her passion really was expressed through her work ethic, and she has most definitely gained a forever client. I will also be recommending her to friends & family. She deserves the recognition & success!!
