They did a great job for us!
Rovo cleaning was fast, efficient, and did a thorough job, all at a competitive price. I'm extremely pleased with the service we got from Rovo cleaning - would absolutely hire them for any future cleaning needs!
Great communication! Punctual. Quality work. Fair office.
We had a great experience! I hired Rovo cleaners to clean my disabled brothers apartment which was in bad shape due to several years of neglect-sadly. Juanita was our cleaner and was very sweet and understanding of my brothers situation. She did an excellent job and was wonderful! Thank you Juannita and Rovo! I truly appreciate you and would recommend you to anyone!
Unfortunately, when I arrived, it was not clean as I had requested. I was surprised because I gave specific instructions. The house was empty, so not cluttered and I wanted light fixtures cleaned, which were not and floorboards cleaned which were not. Growing up My mom was a house cleaner for others and I helped her every summer so I know the capabilities and the expectations for cleaning. The place was so bad my husband and I had to go to the store to get cleaning supplies and spent all night cleaning. I was greatly disappointed.
Loved my clean with Rovo! They were super responsive, got me scheduled for the next day and my cleaner did an excellent job and was very sweet and professional!!
