Reviews
First cleanings, no problem. Then the cleaner got lazy and did a poor job. And also became upset and called me names in Spanish. Unacceptable.
I have a brand new shower again!! The girls did a great job with all the dusting. We have 2 dogs, and i can't see any dog anywhere!
the cleaning is fine however they outsource the cleaning very had to communicate are as cleaners don’t speak English. The pricing on thumbtack is FALSE. Do not book they do bait switch pricing. Tried to say $500 for a two person 1/2 day cleaning with no laundry, no making beds, no cleaning windows, only one bathroom, no vacuum no mopping what a scam Do not use be cautious!!
It was ok for about an hours worth of cleaning but the price was outrageous for what they did.
My apartment was a disgusting waste land. I put out a notice yesterday and they came today nice and early. My apartment was such a mess honestly so embarrassing. Very good price for how horrible it was. But walking in I couldn’t believe it. I don’t know how they managed to turn everything around in just 4 hours. The tub had stains I couldn’t even get out. It smells clean. I’m amazed by the work they did and recommend them 100000% I’m attaching photos of the before and after.
This was my first experience with Thumbtack and it was great. We needed our recently purchased house to be cleaned top to bottom. Royal Pro responded to our request right away and was able to provide top notch service within 2 hours. Impressive!
This was a nightmare. They cleaned my apartment well and also stole vintage flatware from my home. The flatware is no longer being made making it difficult to replace. The replacement will be costly. Please don’t make the mistake I did.
I was very happy with the responsiveness and quality of work cleaning my home on short notice! Very professional! I would recommend Royal Pro Cleaning!!!
My house is spotless. These girls work hard, fast and nonstop. Since I came here I went through three services. There are the best. My house looks amazing. I’m so happy. A jog well done. Thank you so much!
