Rafael removed the old tiles in my kitchens d replaced them with new tiles. From the moment I contacted him he was very responsive. He answers questions quickly. He arrived on time and did a great job in protecting ring my new countertops, removing old tiles and installed new tiles. I damaged one tile while installing a wall outlet and he came back to fix it. Rafael did excellent job and our kitchen backsplash looking awesome. I highly recommend him
Excellent work and great results. Very punctual and responsive, got the work done for me in less than a week. Kept me updated with the process and asked for my preference before installation. These guys got a great team over there, would like to work with them again in the future.
We had a wonderful experience with Rafael! He was knowledgeable, kind and did a fantastic job on our shower floor. I will definitely be using him for any tile work moving forward.
Rafael did the backsplash in my small kitchen, and it turned out great. He also came back to fix some other work that needed to be corrected and took care of everything. Very reliable to work with.
We had a great experience working with R.S. Flooring! The old tile in our laundry room and guest bath had some cracks from settling and we wanted to change it out for new tile and a different look. Rafael explained how he would repair the cement foundation and install the new tile to ensure we would not have any more cracked tiles. The whole R.S. crew worked extremely hard and removed the old tile, repaired the sub floor and installed the new tile in 2 days. Within 4 days of meeting Rafael we had brand new beautiful floors! And we enjoyed meeting and getting to know the whole R.S. Flooring crew - very friendly and warm. We highly recommend R.S. Flooring!
He did a fantastic job! Responded quickly and was able to start the next day. His pricing was great as well and he helped with all of our questions. Highly recommend.
Exceeded our expectations! We chose an unusual tile which another contractor said would be hard to work with. R.S. Flooring worked with an amazing level of expertise and attention to detail. His own pride in his work absolutely drove the project. He is a creative problem solver and offered great suggestions and solutions at each decision point. We are delighted and would highly recommend him.
Excellent service! Rafael and his crew exude professionalism and delivered quality results with our project. We definitely will be repeat customers.
RS Flooring was very easy to work with and installed the tile I purchased quickly, cleanly and ensured I was satisfied. I liked their work so much that I hired them to tile two more bathrooms! I really appreciate the care they took in making sure the house was left clean and orderly, so many contractors make a mess so they get extra points for cleanliness. Conclusion - RS Flooring is a great choice for your bathroom remodel!
