I had the most amazing experience working with them! I even changed my mind on some parts after we had started the project and they were nothing but nice and helped make it look exactly how I wanted! They showed up when they said they would, communication was fantastic. They cleaned up afterwards and threw away old tile. I have nothing but great things to say! I would 100% hire them again! Thank you so much!!

5 star install and service. Tiago and the RTM team are excellent to work with. We did several projects. Complete master bath remodel in our own home that included all new floor, shower relocation and entire wall. Turned out stellar. Our next projects at a rental property we did a couple bathroom makeover, laundry floor, kitchen back splash and fireplace wall. RTM can do it all. They have our highest level of recommendation!
Raphael came and provided a quote for the backsplash, and had a few ideas as well. We went with 2 different patterns. Turned out wonderful. Great choice
I wanted someone who just does tile work for a living and I’m glad I went with them and the end result is really good.
Amazing remodel of our tub enclosure, great price, it looks beautiful
RTM Flooring, Tiago and his crew were outstanding. We had an issue with the tile that we purchased and they made sure to point it out and pick up the new tile we had to purchase. The floor looks amazing and we can’t wait to see it with the cabinets installed. Please do yourself a favor and hire RTM Flooring!
The team did a wonderful job installing subway tile in our bathroom and were very professional, flexible and patient with us. The results look excellent and we couldn't be happier. Thank u!!
Excellent job fixing slope issues in the shower pan.
They did a great job at making our backsplash dreams come true. They were very responsive and fair priced.
RTM did a beautiful backsplash in our kitchen. Rafael scheduled me within the week. Luis was very professional and detailed. He had great open communication, so he knew what we wanted, and we knew what to expect during the project. The quality of work was great and affordable and I would use them again in future home updates.
Our basement flooded from a rainstorm and RTM came out quickly to assess the area and give a bid for work. They were flexible in starting as we also had drywall that needed repairs before they could start. The craftsmanship is top notch, and the outcome is fantastic. Highly recommend this company.
They did a great job. I will use them again and will refer them to anyone who needs tile work done. I got multiple bids for the project and they had the best price. They were very up front with what work that needed to done and correct issues created by the previous installation to make sure the job was done correctly. They quickly responded to any questions I had and work hard to make sure I was happy with the finished results. I have attached before and after photos
They were great. I inquired about a job and Rafael responded right away and got started the next day. Very happy with the end result
Overall I am happy with the outcome of my experience with RTM Flooring. Tiago’s communication and focus on customer satisfaction is excellent. The person who installed the tile did quality work and was great to fix minor flaws along the way. The reason for 4 stars is because of the mess that was left on our porch and yard. Also, we were concerned about the equipment and materials left in our brand new tub. I communicated multiple times about the tub and it was never protected properly. We still haven’t removed the plastic since we’re still completing renovations so I hope there is no damage. There were cigarette butts left in our garden bed and caulk water dumped in our yard. Tiago did talk to the floor installer about cleaning up and he sprayed off the porch. I’m really happy with the outcome of the tile and customer service provided.
They did a nice job on a tile backsplash for me. They were quick and clean.
The team did a great job! 2 days of work on my bathroom floor and it looks amazing. Save yourself time, money and energy and go with RTM FLOORING!!! If doing a bathroom floor go to floor and decor, get yourself the “Ditra” subfloor material, Maipei ultracolor FA grou(already sealed grout).
They tiled my bathroom floor and it looks great! They were super responsive and great to work with! I would use them again and recommend them to anyone!
We are very happy with RTM’s installation of new LVP flooring in our rental property. We were in a time crunch and they worked hard and got the job done quickly. They were very easy to work with, showed up on time and did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.
We had a project that needed to be turned around very quickly, and these guys answered the call!! They did a beautiful job removing tile and inserting laminate flooring on our stair landing. Reasonable prices. Very friendly and very professional! I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
Tiago and his team did a great job replacing the flooring in the kitchen of my rental property. The tile they installed is beautiful! They were on time, professional, and stuck to their timeline to complete the job. They even went out of their way to finish a few extra tasks to make sure the job was done to our liking. I am hiring them again to finish tile in the rest of the basement as soon as possible. I would hire them again! Thanks!
