Ruchi’s communication was good and she was prompt. My hair and make up were a mess, though. The foundation and excess eye make up aged me. The lip color that was used gave me a dried out, old lady mouth - and left my lips cracked and dry for several days after. My hair was haphazardly teased without any product and was turned into a rat’s nest (I just wanted some Hollywood curls). I paid the $250, even though I felt self conscious about my appearance. And then had to redo my hair.

I wish they will use clean and possible new brush for clients, their brushes looks like been used for a lot of people, but they are on time amd nice, just that make and brushes are old .

First, the person made the appt with send her employee not letting the client know it will not be her but a person that works with her. The artist who came was very nice but didn’t know the technique. My make up creased and made lines all in my face for my 25th anniversary. Very embarrassing for me! Will not hire again.

5 stars because she did so well on my muah especially with my make up covering my acne since it’s my breakout season. Make up felt so light while for the hair, oh so beautiful. I’m so inlove with overall looks. During the service, she was recording it which I loved so much, but you can always say no if you don’t want to get recorded though. Overall, highly recommended!
Ruchi and her team did a fantastic job for me and my bridesmaids’ hair and makeup. They kept to my requested schedule and were receptive to different requests/looks. The makeup and updo stayed all day, even during a windy SF ceremony. And she was able to cover my burn/scab on my face. I was very satisfied with their care and service.
