Raul was probably the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. He is easy to work with and super responsive. His craftsmanship is excellent along with great attention to detail. He was also very courteous in our home and would limit dust and clean up every day to avoid disturbing us. I will definitely use him again!

I recently hired Raul for a major remodel of our primary bathroom and bedroom. Raul and team did the demo, framed new walls, installed new windows, Sheetrock, drywall finish, all new wood trim, paint and more. I’ve remodeled numerous homes over the years. Raul is possibly the best all around home renovation professional I have worked with. If you’re planning a remodel you would do yourself well to hire Rules Home Repair.
Recommendation here for Raul with RULES HOME REPAIR LLC! Raul is reliable, knowledgeable, reasonable, honest, & he listens. I needed a new door installed, & he was amazing. Raul responded right away to my message and followed up at the house within 2 days to discuss the project and give me an estimate. Within a day, I changed my mind about the kind of door I wanted, & he was easy to reach for discussion. He stayed in touch while we waited for the door to arrive. He is a man with a fantastic work ethic. Rating 5/5⭐️ Pics before & after
Rules Home Repair did an amazing job renovating my house including removing walls to open up the kitchen to dining room, living to family room, removing popcorn ceilings, reconfiguring the kitchen, and much more. The work quality was the highest I have ever seen, and they were highly professional, punctual, responsive, and fast. I highly recommend them and Raul and his team were simply a joy!!!
I am in the middle of a redesign. This included paint and a custom piece. Rules Home Repair painted the room, built stunning shelving units with lighting and custom bench with built in storage. I will absolutely use them again to handle my custom accent wall. This company does not disappoint!
Raul did a beautiful job on my bathroom! He is great to work with - highly recommend.
Raul does incredible work! He shiplapped our kitchen nook and really transformed the space. Super nice and very professional! I Highly recommend Rules Home Repair for pretty much any home project.
Excellent experience with Raul! Was able to come give me an estimate within 24 hours and the work itself (replacing a door in my sunroom with a window to match the rest of the sunroom, since exterior renovations by the HOA just removed the catwalk that the door formerly opened onto) was done quickly and with great workmanship! Communication was clear and quick, and I would not hesitate to hire again. Added before and after photos!
So happy with Raul and his assistant. They repaired damaged drywall, replaced wood on our patio and made custom shelving for our cabinets. Professional and friendly - excited to do future projects w/Rules Home Repair!
We hired Raul to transform our 30 year old shed into a fully functional workspace and he and his team did a fantastic job. They were punctual, professional and quick. The end product was lovely. We will definitely be using them again and again for future projects!
