He should follow through with his scheduled appointment or at least return a call rather than ghosting his customers. He was great at first and we set up an appointment and then he said he couldn't make it and we can re-schedule. I called/texted several times the next week and no answer, no follow up. Very disappointing and very unprofessional.

Time management was a problem. Appointment was confirmed and scheduled. Received a message he was running behind, then a message saying in route within an hour. Never heard back until I sent him a message and the response was unacceptable. My son wasted a whole day and could have gone to work.
The person who I contacted at first communicated great. After that it went totally downhill. Told me they were coming twice and NEVER showed up. They never made me aware and stopped communicating. Would never recommend this provider.
