Ryan hung some lights outdoor for me, he did great and make them look so nice even after running into a few complications with the way my outlets are set up and such. Love my lights they look amazing!

Ryan was awesome. His work was great. He put several light fixtures together and replaced a faucet all within reasonable time. He cleaned up well. I was extremely happy with his level of work and quality. I loved that he brought his kid along and was teaching him how to put things together, while still being professional and caring.
Overcharged amd did not have required tools as per our conversations. Would not provide a detailed invoice as requested. Sent a vague invoice missing key information.

Scope: Remove a broken 200lb through-wall Air Conditioner, remove the old sleeve and install a new sleeve & smaller unit. I provided photos and manufacturer instructions in advance. At $90/hr (which is the high end for a handyman), I expected expert-level speed and a clean finish—someone who could work through challenges quickly. Instead, the job took 5 hours, I was helping him the whole time and while the unit works, the foam/caulk is messy and I’ll need to remove the new unit to re-do some incorrectly installed parts and finish the trim myself (I had him leave at 5 hours but it should have been finished long before). The instructions included with the unit were tricky, but at this rate I expected more experience, more efficiency and a more polished result. $450 to install an Air Conditioner.

took up the challange of using a universal metal bracket to replace plastic brackets that came with the house. and did a good job figuring out how to do them. He was not fully prepared as he did not havew a band saw or bilt cutters on him, but we used larger bolts .
