Ray was great to work with. We discussed in detail every bit of my basement finishing. Bounced ideas off each other and made it work. His communication was great. I would recommend him. Hopefully your experience will be as good a mine.

Steven is a true professional. He was on time in every aspect of the project and very reliable with any task we gave him. He managed subcontractors well and was able to stay on budget. I would hire Steven (S. Green Renovations) again and again.

After receiving quotes from 4 companies, I chose S. Green Renovations because the quote was detailed so I knew exactly what I was paying for, he was professional and helpful during the visit, and he pointed out things the others didn’t. When the work started, he was nothing but professional and kept me updated on progress and when he would be back. The quality of the work was like he was working on his own house. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend and will talk to him again if I have other projects.

Price: The best I could find by far, half of what others charge on average. Quality: The best I could possibly hope for, exactly the result I wanted. He fixed my drywall so well that you can’t even tell there was ever a hole. It was done super fast too. The Worker: Steven is a true professional, sympathetic, very experienced, arrives on time, and a good person. He even over delivered, he got the exact same paint color of my wall, which I couldn’t find. Service: He was the only one who responded to me on time and spoke kindly, without any arrogance.

We now have a wall!! After our original framers had to cancel last minute… Steve was here to check out the job on Thursday, and worked Saturday and Sunday to finish it. Now our plumbing project can finish on schedule tomorrow. Thank you so much!

The job isn't nearly complete but we are only into week 2 of an estimated 40 day project. So far Steve has been amazing. Receptive to modifications and adjustments. Will definitely use S.Green renovations for the entirety of our project as we can only do about 3/4 of it now. Will update as we progress

I don't have a basis for comparison on pricing, but the work quality is good, and Mr. Green showed up in a timely fashion, and stayed until the work was complete. I will be working with him again in the future.

Steven was great, finished my basement exactly how I wanted it done. He did a great job!

Steven did an excellent job on repairing two walls and installing a recessed medicine cabinet and new light fixture! I live in a old home with unique challenges that Steven was able to fix. I also added additional tasks the next day and he was able to prioritize coming by to make changes the next day. He communicated his schedule and pricing very well and arrived on time when promised. I highly recommend and will be using his services again.

Steven has done two, separate jobs for me now—dry wall in my bathroom and trim in my kitchen. He is very reliable and trustworthy. And he did excellent work each time. I can tell he’s very busy, but he communicates well and always does his best to fit you in his schedule. I’ve been looking for a guy like him for a long time. You won’t be let down if you hire Steven!

Steve did a great job. If I need another job done, I will call Steve. Always on time, stays until he gets the job finished. Great work. can't say enough as to how hard this man works.

He was amazing and showed up immediately to give me a quote. Had the job done in two afternoons and his price was well worth it. I will recommend him to anyone I know that needs work done. Just an all around great guy!
