I would absolutely never use SA Limo Services again. We rented a party bus for a birthday celebration, and it turned into one of the worst experiences imaginable. During the ride, the bus door actually flew open while we were driving. On top of that, the air conditioning barely worked on a 100+ degree Texas day. Then the bus completely broke down, leaving our group stranded on the side of the highway for about an hour and a half. We had several elderly family members with us, and being stuck in that heat was unacceptable. The owner eventually came to pick us up, but there wasn’t enough room for everyone, so our group had to split into separate vehicles. We rented a party bus so we could celebrate together, and instead our birthday celebration was completely ruined. While the owner apologized, he refused to offer any refund. His solution was a 20% credit toward a future booking. After everything that happened, why would we ever trust this company again? Mechanical issues can happen, but this didn’t feel like an isolated inconvenience. Between the door flying open during the ride, the lack of air conditioning in extreme heat, and the bus ultimately breaking down, there were multiple issues that raised serious concerns about the condition of the vehicle. We paid for a safe, reliable party bus experience and did not receive the service we were promised. The fact that our group was stranded on the highway and our celebration was ruined, only to be denied even a partial refund, speaks volumes about how this company handles its customers when things go wrong. I cannot recommend SA Limo Services and will never book with them again.

Limo was on time and Derek was a great driver! He was punctual, friendly and very professional. Pick up was quick too- especially considering the AT&T traffic! Some members of our party were 1st time Limo riders and they thoroughly enjoyed it even more! Thank you for great service from the 1st phone call through the evening of the event!
I can’t say enough great things about Sal Limo! From the very beginning , everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. The process was simple, and they confirmed every detail to ensure the experience would be perfect. I highly recommend you book with them!!!!!
Horrible. Still waiting for my money back and a call back to get money for a service that wasn’t done.
Great experience with SA Limos. Fun night all around!
Great to work with SA Limo, very responsive. We had a few different transports arranged and from the party bus to the Maybach 62 - everything was terrific.
