Guys came out late and just handled it. One i learned is actually my neighbor. Here’s the thing about experience. You can pay someone new 5K to fix a problem that an experienced man would identify, isolate and solve in 45 minutes. You won’t be paying 5K but don’t complain about $3,000 he charged and fixed in 20 minutes. You’re not paying for his time. You’re paying for his expertise. Make that guy your friend. 10 ⭐️

The lock on my mailbox was comping apart. Sactown Locks responded immediately to my request and was able to install a new lock with extra keys. I'm very impressed by the responsiveness, the quality of the lock installed and their professional knowledge. I highly recommend this company!
It was a fantastic experience. The response was extremely prompt and the work exceptional. He was able to complete the repair the same day, professionally and efficiently. The cost was very reasonable. I paid the same price as what was quoted on the phone. Highly recommended. I would definitely hire him again.
