they force you into a subscription service and do not do one time removals of dead mice. I don't like the up selling that these guys do. He refused to listen to the fact that we have taken precautions already for the attic to seal everything
Very good
Only 3 pest providers in my area. Saela, was the only provider who would come to my home to assess the pests and damage, then we discuss damage, cost and action plan for treatment. I also stated I thought I had Carpenter Ants, which requires different treatment and a specialist. Competitors, do not offer an in-person consultation and want a contract before assessing the problem. Saela is great and deserves my business!
I had called them to deal with rodents and they put out traps which they said they were going to bait later so that the rodents would sort of habituate to their presence. They charged me for repeated visits, but it turns out they never actually baited the rodent traps!!!!!! They made no refund because they said they did insect control treatments during their visits but those treatments appear to have had no effect at all. As far as I can tell, I wasted a lot of money. And they made it really difficult to cancel the “service”. Never again would I do business with these people nor would I recommend them to anyone else
Sigh... didn’t even do anything... still bugs and i cant change appointments and they call only 30 min before arrive on THE APPOINTMENT DAY. There no way to know when my appointment is unless I go into the portal which has issues. I told the guys that I’ll reschedule but kept presisting that they will do the appointment and took my money.
I was refused service for being deaf and told the only way I would be able to get assistance is by calling, as you can assume that is nearly impossible. It was only after following up through the company website a few days later I was given a quote via email.
Unethical and dishonest service. Stay away from this company. Hire Ecora Pest Control instead.
First visit was great but pest controls a ongoing process so lets hope everything stays great
