Reviews
Julio and his team were great to work with and did quality work.
These guys are terrible. They beg for a 5 star review even BEFORE touching your house. All home owners be aware! They try to get you to say yes the same day by pressuring you AND quotes you 2 times what any other company does. I agreed and they left HOLES in the dry wall, trashed my entire first floor, my driveway, and my grass. It’s dry wall dust everywhere. They rushed the pant and it’s chunks of it built up on the wall. The did not match the dry wall at ALL. Please just don’t do it. I’m so tired as a home owner dealing with companies like this. No skill at all! Even when he taped off the dry wall to dry out the inside of my wall I had to keep retaking it because the job was sloppy. Do not walk RUN from these guys. They also LIED about their car breaking down so they could go and complete a higher bidding job and returned to me after 4-5 days thinking I would believe their lie. LOOK AT PICTURES, they do not lie!
I had an amazing experience with this mold remediation company! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure the job was done correctly. They took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and were extremely thorough with the remediation. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I immediately felt more comfortable knowing the issue was being handled properly. They were respectful of my home, kept everything organized, and followed through on everything they promised. I highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with mold or needing remediation services. Excellent customer service, excellent work, and a team I would absolutely trust again!
Julio did an excellent job in identifying mold issues in my attic and insulation problems in my AC vents. He offered honest and professional solutions to address these issues. The work estimate is reasonable. Once we agreed the work in the noon, he started the process right in the afternoon. The work completed in three days. What I really appreciate is that Julio is open to any questions and explained the process with patience. Overall, I am happy with the job Julio has done.
We hired Safe Zone Restoration to inspect and clean mold in our HVAC and ventilation system, and we had a great experience. Julio was excellent—he kept us informed throughout the entire process and clearly explained the situation and progress. Our HVAC and vent systems were gross, and he meticulously documented the damage and cleanup with photos. He also identified and corrected duct and a fan issue we weren’t aware of. His invoicing and pricing were fair and honest, and he was a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend Safe Zone Restoration to anyone in need of these services.
