It’s was very easy to schedule, they were on time, did a great job. Also Ben took the time to educate us in what needs to be done and how often. We will use them again.

Reviews
Quick and easy to book, near term availability, great onsite contact. Haven't hired out chimney cleaning and inspection before and I learned a lot, love the focus on consumer education, didn't know I should pre-heat my fireplace before placing logs, etc. I'll definitely hire them again. Maybe for an upcoming dryer vent project.
Ben was extremely professional and courteous and explained in detail the fireplace servicing process. He also had some helpful suggestions for starting the fireplace up the first time during the cold weather. He was also very punctual and arrived within the previously promised timeline. We are very satisfied with the chimney and fireplace servicing.
