Very thorough professional service. They took pictures showing how squirrels were getting into our attic. This was the fourth time we had a pest control service come to our house to remove squirrels from the attic. None of the other businesses showed us all of the different ways that the squirrels were getting into the house. They took pictures and explained how the squirrels were getting in off of gaps that were actually part of the home structure and not because squirrels were eating holes in our siding. We haven’t seen any squirrels yet.

I scheduled a consult visit. Vermin in my walls. They were the lowest offer, so when I asked about scheduling, they offered to do right there and then. And they did. Very professional and communicating was great, too. I'd recommend them to anyone.

We wanted a skunk removed. Since it wasn’t sleeping in the area they closed off access points. Wasn’t upsold which I have experienced with other pest control companies.
Dru is excellent! He's very responsive and helpful. So far 9 rats have been caught! 7 alive and released and 2 dead. He's very thorough too -- highly recommend!

Couldn’t have been a better experience. They came out the same day to figure out how the bird was getting into our attic. After an exhaustive search Dru narrowed in on a tiny hole. He had another appt he had to get to but he was able to temporarily plug the hole until they are able to come back to properly fix it and put up some bird deterrents. Will be recommending them to anybody that I know who has rodent or wild animal issues.

I cannot rave enough about Safenest. Hand down the best experience. They did a free inspection of the crawl space and showed detailed pictures of what looked like light rodent infestation, some dead and decayed animals and some holes in the crawlspace vent. there was also chewing off someof the vapour barrier and some wires down there. They explained the whole process very well, gave the best quote and shared pictures later of how they did the fixes. They fixed up the vents, put up traps for rodents and came back a week later to nutralize the area and fogged it. they even fixed the vapour barrier, chewed on electrical wire casings and removed all the remaining dead matter. Hands down amazing attention to detail, punctual and know what they are doing.
Elijah and Jeff were the first to respond. They did a free initial inspection and showed me pictures of what they found. Then, sent those pictures to me for my records. They reinstalled a vent to my crawlspace and also provided extra reinforcement to help keep the critters out. They also removed a couple of rodent skeletons at no extra chsrge.I am very happy with their work. They were very reasonable, and I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend using their services.
