This is an updated review: We had an issue during the initial estimate process, but Brian rectified the issue promptly which is why we believe he deserves a high review for addressing the issue at hand and rectifying it immediately. We believe that he truly cares about his work and how it affects his customers. He wasn't passive about the issue whatsoever and we believe that's a really important and special quality for a business.

I contacted safety first about our EV charger suddenly not working, he was quick to respond and was at my house within a couple hours to sort out the issue.
