They communicated with me by text message to let me know when they should arrive. This is important to me because there are so many providers who give 5 hour windows, don't arrive, or, arrive late. Safire Solutions arrived on time and they even messaged me about possible traffic. This is how professionals conduct business and earn repeat customers. They gave honest pricing up front and gave me an idea of what they would do on-site to correct my problem. When they arrived, they got started right away on diagnosing my WiFi signal in different rooms and adjusted settings on my router to enhance performance and reliability. I work (and teach) in cybersecurity and even though I don't specialize in networking, I do have some knowledge in that area and I am somewhat picky about who I would allow to work on my devices and network. Safire Solutions is someone I would absolutely recommend for your project. I plan on hiring them again down the road for another networking project.
