Promise to come to me on Friday at 2 PM and didn't show up or call. Heard from him the following Tuesday and asked if he could come over. Went in and started working on my toilet without giving me an estimate and would not itemize as requested. Rude, argumentative, unprofessional, uncooperative.

Not a pleasant experience , extremely aggressive in his dealings. He may be knowledgeable but severely needs to work on his communications and be upfront with quotes .

Doug came the next morning and fix our hot water heater quickly. He go the parts he needed with warranty from the AO Smith. Sourced local dealership and got us taking hot showers in the same day. He also spotty other plumbing concerns in our basement and prevent future issues. Great job.
My kitchen sink was clogged and no water would go down the drain at all. I reached out to Saint & they came the next morning. Turns out pipe was busted & needed to be replaced. Saint came 2 days later to replace the pipe. I appreciate the quick turnaround for something as important as my kitchen sink.
I have hired Doug a few times to help with my ejector pump in the basement bathroom that needs to be serviced often as the builder put in a cheap one . Doug has always come on time been fair with his price . I would highly recommend.

Doug was great. Called me as soon as I entered my request. We were dealing with a very messy situation and he came right away and cleared the main waste line. Recommended long term solutions and I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.
Doug is AMAZING. . I had an issue with my tankless water heater in my RV.. (aka my skoolie) .. so not easy to get to And not easy to fix. (Very small space) He called that morning and texted when he was 30 minutes away. Got here and was here until he fixed it!! Even went to Home Depot and got a néw part!! We laughed the whole time and he did his job!! Thank you thank you .. Doug you’re amazing! Hope I don’t need you again but if I do you’re my first call!!
$325 to fix a leaking faucet. Oh well. At least it’s done on the same day, but the price is outrageous. Be sure to ask him how much it is BEFORE he does anything in your home.
