We hired Mikhail to install our 10ft x 13ft aluminum louvered pergola to cover our hot tub. He gave us fair pricing from the get go and did a fantastic job from start finish. He has great attention to detail, good craftsmanship, and consistent communication from beginning to end. We will definitely enlist his service again for future projects. I’ve attached some photos for reference.

I bought the Govee permanent lights and SnapTrack channels about a year ago and they sat in the garage while I tried to find someone to install them. Glad I finally found Sakha Outdoor. They installed about 200 ft on the house and did a great job. The channels hide all the wires, and it looks really clean, both during the day and at night. Once we agreed on a price they got me on the schedule quick, and everything was up within a week. They showed up on time and were professional. When something came up they checked with me before going ahead. My rafters weren’t even going around some of the soffit corners, so the track wouldn’t sit perfectly right. They added blocking and got the track close enough that the wires are still hidden and barely notice the transition. I’m very excited to not have to hang Christmas lights on the roof this year. Would definitely recommend them.
We were impressed with their communication and workmanship, they didn't rush to get the job done fast. They took the time to ensure everything was 100% complete, they cleaned up behind themselves. We were pleasantly surprised they didn't try to nickel and dime us, because they needed a few minor items to complete the job! We will use them again on our next project, our neighbors are also getting a quote on a project.
Did great job installing my pergola. They were very careful to make sure the positioning was just perfect and everything was level so the louvers would work great.
Excellent experience from start to finish. Mikhail was professional, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations, and they paid close attention to every detail. He was respectful of my property, completed the job efficiently, and made sure everything was done right. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work. Thank you for a job well done! ✨
I am not one who ever rates anything perfect. However, Mikhail really provides EXCELLENT service. My initial inquiry regarding a removal of a 12x12 gazebo and installation of a new gazebo promptly answered! A quick quote and he scheduled me within a week. On day of appointment, He let me know that he would be arriving as expected with a helper and they got right to work! When done, they made sure I had no questions and cleaned up packaging materials and hauled it all off! So very happy I found him!
They completed everything in a timely manner and everything looks great.
I had a great experience working with Mikhail. He was extremely responsive from the start, showed up right on time, and came fully prepared with all the tools needed for the job. His work was done to perfection. You can tell right away he knows what he’s doing and has a lot of experience. The job site was kept clean the entire time, and he maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. I would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work.
Mikhail was very responsive, reasonably priced and worked very fast. He knew the Mirador brand very well and completed assembly and installation in under 3hrs!
