Bill did a great job, placed the wibdow AC with ease, was friendly and professional. I highly recommend him! Thanks Bill!
If I could give a -1 I would. No show no call, when I called to see where he was he said he couldn’t make, I asked when he planned on letting me know he said he totally forgot…. Nice…I will totally be hiring someone else.
He is really fast respond, and very professional! will recommend to others
Samson Solutions absolutely exceeded expectations. They mounted multiple TVs flawlessly, assembled desks and bookcases with precision, and left everything spotless. They showed up on time, brought all the right tools, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. What stood out most was their attention to detail and genuine pride in their work. Professional, respectful, and reliable from start to finish. If you need home setup done right the first time, hire them.
Bill did a great job, he was very professional, he communicated with us every step of the way.. I will be contacting him in the next two weeks.. I will be referring him because he is that good
I had a great experience with this TV mounting service. He was courteous, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process, and he understood exactly what I was looking for with both TVs. The work was done efficiently and professionally, and his pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for quality TV mounting at a fair price.
Very responsive. However , 1 of 2 tvs he mounted is crocked , I communicated it, but he never came to fix.
Would recommend! Bill was on time, professional, and did great work!
Worked fast and efficient. No mess left behind. Very nice.
Great experience! He was efficient, worked quickly, and did a great job. His pricing was fair and reasonable, and I’m very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend him and would use his services again!
I highly recommend Bill for any home projects! I hired him on short notice to dismount a television from one wall and remount it on the other side of my bedroom. He also helped me rearrange some light furniture. Bill was an absolute pleasure to deal with—professional, courteous, and highly efficient. I would definitely hire him again. Thanks, Bill!
I contacted Samson, and he responded immediately. He did an excellent job completing several projects in my home, including mounting my TV, mounting my electric fireplace, setting up my bedroom furniture, and properly positioning my area rug. Every job was completed carefully, professionally, and exactly as I requested. Samson was responsive, reliable, and efficient. I am very pleased with his work and would definitely hire him again. I highly recommend him!
Samsons Solutions excellent work, he was on time, professional and the quality of his work was very good. He was also tidy. I highly recommend Bill from Samsons Solutions.

1-Star Review ⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Experience I had an appointment with Samsons Solutions LLC today, and unfortunately, they completely ghosted me. We agreed that they would come to my home before noon to complete the project. I reached out several times through Thumbtack chat and also left voicemails, but received absolutely no response. What makes this especially frustrating is that this was the only day I was going to be home and available to get the work completed. I had also already turned down other contractors because I was under the impression that Samsons Solutions LLC was going to handle the job. By Sunday afternoon, after hearing nothing and having no idea whether they were coming, it was too late to find someone else. Things happen. Schedules change. Emergencies come up. I completely understand that. But all they had to do was send a simple message or make a quick phone call saying they couldn't make it. That would have given me enough time to find another contractor. Instead, they chose not to communicate at all, leaving me stuck and wasting the only opportunity I had to get this work done. Extremely unprofessional and completely unnecessary. Buyer beware. Communication is the bare minimum when you've agreed to show up for a customer's project.
Bill was quick to respond to my initial inquiry as well as all follow up questions. He was on time, efficient and friendly. I would definitely use him again. I love my new fan!
Bill came to come mount a tv on my wall in the living room. He was professional, and very kind! I will be contacts Samsons Solutions in the future for other projects!
Very unprepared and did not have the skills to do this job.. This job was not completed . He promised to come back to complete. Never showed up and did a very sloppy job on what he did do.
The work that was done came out beautiful. I'll definitely work with Thumbtack again!!!!
