Did a fantastic job on out floors!!!
Sanchez Construction was very responsive and worked with us on a very quick turn around time as we prepared to list and sell our house. They tore out and replaced the tile in our bathroom. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and the bathroom looks fantastic! They communicate communicated with us throughout to make sure it was what we wanted. The pricing was also very competitive with other companies in the area. We will definitely use them again for any future Construction needs.
Francisco and his team came through in a pinch. Great value and quality of workmanship, highly recommend Sanchez construction and will be reaching out to him for future projects 5- stars
Well if they contact you and tell you they will come and see the project at list they need to showed up or answer your messages, I give out my address and they never showed up or contacted me
We had a 4:00 appointment. I rearranged my day to be here. When he wasn’t here at 4:30 I called him and he said he was running late. I get it that projects take longer than expected but a courtesy call is easy
He was great. Responding immediately. Showed up within half an hour. Did the job in a very timely manner and at a very reasonable price.
Super fast response, Quality work , at a fair price definitely will use again.
