Sanjiv put together a shed for me and built a platform for it. The shed was basically a small house considering the framing it had. We had to deal with some bad weather and he worked around it. As soon as the rain stopped he reached out immediately to finish the job. I didn’t have to hover or bug him. Once he started the job I could trust he’d see it thru. This is the professionalism I was looking for and frankly what I expect.

Sanjiv communicated regarding his arrival and understood the repair needed from conversation. His repair was excellent and fairly priced. He was pleasant, friendly and a competent professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services in the future for a variety of repair services as his abilities are clearly diverse

Sanjiv did an AMAZING job putting in our outdoor TV for us. He drilled into the house’s siding and it looks great (see image attached). He charged a great price of $100. He went out and bought the proper screws at Home Depot when we didn’t have the right ones. We already had the mount and TV. He came the next day after I posted about this project, which was awesome! Sanjiv is very nice and I’d definitely hire him for another project.
