Santiago did our crawlspace work for insulation and vapor barrier. I got a few quotes and his inspection was the most thorough by far. He evaluated the space thoroughly, finding gaps no one else found, explained what needed to be done and what did not. No upsell. For the rodents, after the first cleanup and exclusion work, he set the traps first to make sure nothing was still in there before the vapor barrier went down. Overall very thorough work, and true professionals. Highly recommended!

Reviews
Santanas Insulation and Elio Santana González was the best in terms of finding issues with our crawlspace, and suggesting potential mitigations and fixes. We unfortunately could not work together on actually fixing the issues at hand, but I have no doubt they would do a great job. Definitely consider them for your crawlspace rodent issues or insulation needs.
Very good work for sealing the vent
We recently had an issue with a squirrel attempting to break into our attic from the outside, which left deep scratches and severe peeling along our exterior wall. We reached out to Santana's Insulation, and Santiago came out to assess the situation on the exact same day. Santiago was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. While inspecting the area, he even discovered that our bathroom air vent was completely detached—something we had no idea about. They returned the very next day and fixed it perfectly. Price is also very reasonable! We’ve hired many different handyman and home service companies in the past, but Santana's Insulation is by far our favorite. Reliable, honest, and fast work. Highly, highly recommend!
Good communication, set my expectations and then delivered to them. Cleaned up well afterwards.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with Santana Insulation. The technician was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He performed a very thorough attic inspection, explained every issue in detail, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing. I truly appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. It was clear that he cared about helping me understand the condition of my attic rather than trying to sell unnecessary services. I highly recommend Santana Insulation to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional company. Thank you for the excellent service!
Santanas guys saved our project the day before inspection. Impressed with their efficiency, protected our new flooring! Highly recommend!
Santanas Insulation LLC, specifically Elio and Santiago, provided excellent service for our raccoon exclusion and attic remediation at White Center. They were highly responsive, arriving within a day of contact. Their inspection was thorough and professional—they identified issues others had missed, wore proper protective gear, and provided a fair, itemized estimate with clear service tiers. After we selected them, they completed the work in three to four hours, including sealing roof openings, installing exterior mesh, and sanitizing the attic. Their before-and-after documentation was detailed. While we handled animal eviction separately, their attic and insulation work was excellent and professional throughout.
SANTANAS INSULATION LLC provided excellent service. Their work quality was outstanding, they were professional throughout the project, and they offered great value for the cost. The team was knowledgeable, efficient, and completed the job to a high standard. I would gladly work with them again.
I highly recommend Santanas due to my experience with them on pest control and insulation . They communicated well from the beginning and arrived on time. Work quality together with materials used (compared to old materials used by builder) are higher quality and will seem to last longer this time. They informed me of what they saw and gave me options of fixes and corresponding prices. They also took pictures of before and after to prove work completion. I have confidence that the problem I called them for were fixed and were done well.
