Louis and his team were excellent. The quality of work is great and he made sure we were happy every step of the way. We look forward to working with this company for future projects! Thank you!
I didn't use them.
The work was completed faster and even better than I imagined! Great communication! They cleaned up like they were never there too, would highly recommend
Santiago and his crew were incredible! It was amazing work, and they did it all in under 48 hours. The mantle arrived a day later, and the owner came out to get it installed! I love it.
Santiago's team is truly outstanding. Their work and craftsmanship are of the highest quality. Santiago possesses a remarkable eye for design and has an uncanny ability to anticipate and address potential design issues that I hadn't even considered. His ideas and creativity are exceptional. Throughout the project, he treated it as if it were his own, going above and beyond to ensure perfection. I tasked them with reconstructing a TV fireplace wall that had been poorly executed by a previous contractor. They efficiently demolished the previous work and completely reframed the structure, meticulously aligning it with the exact measurements needed for my TV and fireplace dimensions. For individuals like myself, who have a strong preference for precision and balance, I wholeheartedly recommend Santiago, LLC.
Luis and his team are honest and reliable with expert-level work in both structural framing and cosmetic finishes including Sheetrock and Painting. I would gladly use for additional projects in the future.
Luis and his team helped turn our formal dining room into an office with large French doors, a closet, and we added a dry bar in the living room. They do great work and they do it quickly! The project only took about two weeks start to finish. Luis and his team went above and beyond and did a wonderful job. Great attention to detail and very clean! We will be hiring them for any future home improvement needs!
Luis and his crew did a great job renovating our garage into a spare bedroom/play space. We got several bids for the project and Luis’ bid was the most affordable and reasonable. He also helped us source someone to do the masonry for our project and we were very satisfied with the quality of work. I would definitely recommend Luis and his team to anyone who is in need of drywall, painting, windows and trim work, and/or general contracting work.
Santiago Drywall did a exceptional job me and my family are beyond satisfied with our new room. We converted our garage into a movie room and Luis and his crew did a incredible job I’ll be more than happy to refer him to others as well as family and friends. And his prices are extremely competitive
I had a stone fireplace and new mantel added. The finish product was awesome. He kept us informed about the project.
Louis and team have very good craftsmanship! They were punctual and gave us a fair price for our drywall and tile needs. We appreciated their effort and timely work, it only took a few days to get this repaired and repainted. They even had some flexibility in our paint choice and fitted us in quickly! Would definitely use their services again!
Luis did a great job extending our small pantry to a nice bigger pantry room. He looked at our existing pantry and suggest the design, and completed the work really well. He also did the shelves and electrical work too. Job well done. His work is recommended. Check out the before and after photo below.
Luis did a fantastic job - we converted our dinning room into a home office as my wife and have been working more and more from home. Great job and thank you!
First and foremost Luis and his team delivered a high quality final work product. The drywall is immaculate. Second, he communicated clearly throughout the project, cleaned up afterwards, and was very professional. Third, the value was better than all other quotes. Drywall requires great skill but it shouldn’t cost someone lawyer rates to get it done. Luis has fair rates and I will be calling him again and referring others to his business without hesitation. *Also respected COVID protocols.
Luis was not only able to meet my expectations but he far surpassed them. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and if I were back at square 1 I’d choose him to do this project every time.
