Great service. I used this business to clean my chimney. I would recommend and use his services again.
Wasn’t very detailed did not explained the job just said $200 for the job
Not all seniors have smart phones, and I would never give out my password to my email address. I do not text, I do not take pictures with a phone. I left you my phone number if you are interested in doing the job.
Respectful.. detailed, thorough and fair price. Explained the whole process. Highly recommend
Responded quickly. Came out and gave an estimate of when the products would arrive and a total cost of the estimate, we felt it was reasonable so we went ahead with the project. Separately we will hire him again for our patio to get flag stone layered on top of our cement patio, which he is going to give us a quote on. Hire these guys! They are quick but doesn't short on quality. José and his crew are awesome! Thank you guys!!! (^_^)
Jose and his team did an amazing job with our stone fireplace. Not only were the professional and punctual, but their work speaks for itself (see the before and after and you will see what I mean). If you are in the market for a similar project, look no farther Santibanez Construction…you won’t be disappointed.

I was very impressed with Santibanez Construction! They were quick to respond and gave me a great deal on stone steps. They were more beautiful than I could have imagined! They were quick to respond and quick to come out and do the work! They were finished in two days. I would highly recommend them. I had a wonderful experience and hope to use them again in the future!
They filled in an old door I had in my basement and did a great job. Very professional, responsive, and willing to negotiate pricing. Highly recommend!

The masonry/stone work completed was exceptional! Highly recommend!!!
I could tell Jose knew what he was doing. Based on pictures he brought the needed parts and installed them in pretty short order. He made recommendations for future repairs and answered all my questions.
Friendly, helped with additional projects.
I had a broken clay pipe that went thru the wall and I couldn't use my woodstove. He came promptly and fixed the area of concern even better that it was originally. I can now safely use my woodstove without worries. I would highly recommend Santibanez construction. Very happy with his work!
He did a fantastic job on filling a hole with brick where we had an exhaust fan coming out of the wall! Very responsive & showed up on time!! Highly recommend him!!

Jose was very fast to respond and did exceptional work for an excellent price. They cleaned up after themselves and even repaired a mistake of mine that was not requested but made the job look so much better. The entire crew was punctual and courteous. Would definitely hire them him again for any of my masonry needs. If you need masonry work done contact Jose for a quick response and excellent work.
