Our team handles the bar details and keeps everything running smoothly, so hosts aren’t stuck working their own party. From setup to clean-up, we aim to create a fun, welcoming atmosphere and serve drinks efficiently and professionally. Please note: all deposits are non-refundable. We do not hold a NYC liquor license and legally cannot supply alcohol; however, we’re happy to work with what you provide. Hired a bartender for our 2019 baby shower. The bartender was super helpful and made the drinks to perfection. All the guests were impressed with the signature drink he made and is still talking about it today! Whenever he saw my lemonade cup empty, he would run over with a refill. I would certainly hire this company again!
Michell was an incredible bartender for our NYE housewarming event. She was professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. She was able to follow our drink menu requests with no issues. She set up our bar like a pro and served everyone quickly! Everyone loved the cocktails! We would love to have her again for our next event! She is awesome!!
Lawrence was a really great bartender for my sisters bridal shower. He was only in charge of the alcohol for the party which he did flawlessly (bourbon tea was amazing!) But he also helped with maintaining the entire party for us. He made sure the sternos were on for all our food, cleaned up after our guests, and was attentive throughout the entire function, and even helped clean up afterwards. He went above and beyond and I had guests complimenting his helpfulness throughout. Figuring out payment was a bit difficult, but was all squared away at the end. Just a point for the next party the company does! All in all it was great!!
We had a wonderful experience with Lawrence , our Bartender and Marissa our Server. Lawrence was a pro and worked well under the fast paced environment. He was a hard worker , very accommodating and outgoing . Marissa was also very hard working , accommodating and went with the flow . She was pleasant, thought on her feet and always had our appetizer table stocked without having to ask for direction. Overall , the success of our event was attributed to Lawrence and Marissa’s efforts. We would highly recommend Lawrence and Marissa and use Santisi Catering / bartending again.

Matt bartended our annual masquerade party on extremely short notice. Even on short notice Matt was able to suggest signature drinks and a shopping list. Also when I forgot to purchase a couple of the items we needed he offered to go out before the event and pick them up. He will be our go to bartender for our future masquerade parties. We had a birthday party for 30 adults. Kim was the greatest - on time, prepared, professional, friendly and courteous. She came prepared knowing our featured drink ahead of time. She helped set up and clean up and kept the guests well attended to during the event. She quickly blended in and became part of the fun to help make the event a classy occasion and success. Thanks Kim!
