It was a very pleasant experience working with Samir and Santos Roofing Service. He replaced posts and damaged wood on my deck and stained it. They did a very good job. They also replaced the soffit and fascia in a small area of the roof and were honest about the additional work I requested (I wanted a solution that would cost less money). He told me it would not solve my problem, that he did not want me to spend money that would not stop the wood decay in my garage. His proposal was a solution to prevent decay from occurring again. I appreciate his honesty and his focus on the best way to fix the problem. I would recommend Santos Roofing again.

Hired for 2nd floor gutter repair and they were able to come same day before more rain came. Then hired them to see if my soffits to my attic were opened and they weren’t so they were able to open them. I appreciate they were flexible with my requests to not replace all the facia and soffits. Only issue was nails and soffit debris was not cleaned up after completion which is not ideal when we have young kids that play outside and the nails were in our driveway which could have caused a flat tire. Would hire again.

If I could give 5 more stars, I would. Sandmir and his crew showed up as promised and went to work right away. He explained to me everything that was being repaired and let me tell you, his team did not disappoint. They handled everything in an excellent workmanship and professional manner. Pricing was great, repairs went beyond my expectations with phenomenal results. I had siding damage from a previous storm. His team did a great job repairing the damage and made it look brand new. See the before and after pics. I will be hiring his company for more projects and will recommend his great quality of work to everyone. Thank you Sandmir and your team.

I contacted Santos for an estimate about the gutters on my home. He was the only professional contractor who came with a ladder to actually inspect my gutters. Santos was very clear in the problem and how they can be repaired. For the moment, I needed my gutters re-braced and resealed, and then I could purchase the leaf guards. So we agreed on a date for the work to begin. Santos and his brother were on time for the repairs. I was really impressed and please with the quality of the work they did. And, they were quick and efficient in completing their work. I am going to hire them again to install my leaf guards. You will not be disappointed in Santos!!
