I had a fantastic experience with this company! When the technician first arrived, he ran through a thorough series of diagnostics but couldn’t immediately pinpoint the issue. However, he didn’t give up. He kept working, thinking outside the box, and eventually figured out the solution. It was clear that he was determined to get it right, and I really appreciated his persistence. I’m impressed with the level of service and expertise. I would highly recommend this company and technician to anyone in need of reliable help!

Rich was prompt, fast, and respectful to my home. While working on my rig, he took the time to ensure that my computer issues were not only rectified, he also took the time to maintain other potential issues on my PC. While I hope I do not need any more help with my PC, if and when I do I will be calling Rich and referring him to anyone who would need his wizardry. I appreciate his professionalism, courtesy and how he did not make me feel like an idiot with how simple my issue was for him to fix compared to the 5 hours I spent trying to do what he did within an hour. Thank you Rich. You're a legend.

Great repair guy! He helped solve my problem really quickly when it wasn’t working and was even able to update my BIOS. He also increased my RAM speed, which I did not even know was not at full capacity. He also improved my PC’s airflow to run better temperatures. Finally, he recommended things I should upgrade like switching from a SATA SSD to an NVME card. Pricing was fair and I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get their PC fixed fast!
