I had to call another company to fix what Saylor Grace Plumbing could not do! They left all shower plumbing that they took apart lying on the floor of my guest bath. He left to get a part, put the cartridge in backwards. After spending most of the afternoon here and left me a mess to clean up. And charged almost $400 He did do the other job of replacing the guts in my toilet. I would think twice about using them?

my neighbor had an emergency with two toilets. we called saylor and they promptly responded,arrived on time,examed the problem ,made a plan,and solved it,promising to return to finish the second bathroom. worker was courteous and professional.

Called this guy sent him a picture of my problem and he tried to charge me like 200 Dollars more than any other quote I got bc he knows people are having issues with cracked pipes. Beware on using this guy and his business. Wanted to charge me like 485 for a simple pvc fix. Wow
Nobody likes water leaks! Especially when it is leaking under the slab of your house…Jason and his apprentice explained what they were doing during every step of the repair. They also installed a water softener with a water main shut off valve and new faucets. They replaced the concrete in my garage and cleaned up. I am very pleased with the results of my unplanned huge plumbing project.
