We had chef for 2 events. The food was amazing, one event was a bbq style layout and the second Mexican style. My family raved about the food, especially the sliders, fruit and yogurt cups, beans, and elote.. very professional and on time. I am happy to have found this chef.

The most professional, dedicated, passionate, and responsive vendors, so easy to get in touch if I had questions. I loved talking to them every time. Worth every single penny. Great food! Communication was good prior to getting the food, though when food was brought in, no food heaters were provided and they recommended leaving it in the oven. When I reached out to see if this was common, I did not get a response. We had a drop off fee that included set up (for an hour) and prep time. I assumed this included the food heaters. I still gave 5 stars because every meal option was delicious.
Highly recommend! First, communication was spot on. Second, Chef’s food is the amazing! We were at a wedding and had to go for seconds, best wedding food we have ever had. Fast forward and we had a private event, all we could think about was catering in food from him again. Absolutely amazing! Thank you so much!
Chef Santana and his soux chef, Chef Mama were absolutely fabulous. Everything was so well prepared and the presentation was lovely. All the guests were blow away with the appetizers, enjoying the Dominican varieties the best. The main meal was so very special - presentation and flavor. What a lovely way to celebrate my daughter's and my special "0" birthdays together with family and friends. Chef Santana was amazing and we are planning to do this again. Thanks for helping make this evening so magical.
Everyone enjoyed our the buffet. Nicely presented and the meatballs were a smash with the guest! Perfect for a casual but yet fancy enough for a group party.
Sazon was easy to work with and had many options for my varied brunch needs for my family gathering. The food was GREAT and he was a real pleasure to work with.
