This company was a life saver. Our original movers dropped the ball and we had to quickly hunt for a replacement quickly. SBH Movers were the first to respond and had the best rate for moving furniture and dishes, etc to a one bedroom place. They arrived within an hour of making the request and arrived on time as promised. They were quick and efficient despite needing to walk up 3 flights of stairs. I will definitely use them again. They had to wait for us and were patient and polite to accommodate our needs under such a stressful day.

I recommend avoiding these people for your moving projects. Their business looks shady. I've hired moving companies several times before and it's the first time I see a company without a contract. I also wasn't able to find any information about their state license. I don't think it's going to be a good idea to let these people in your home without any idea of who they are.
My experience with this company was very frustrating. Their pricing was not clear and kept changing every time I asked a question. Their Thumbtack listing advertises $120 an hour for movers with a truck, but that was not the reality. First, they offered me 3 movers for $135/hr without a truck. Then they said 2 movers for $120/hr and the truck would be an extra $60 one-time fee. Later, they quoted me $180 total for one hour ($120 for movers + $60 for the truck), and then changed it again saying the biggest truck (26ft) would be $120 more. If I hadn’t dug for answers, I would have been hit with hidden fees. On top of that, they originally planned to show up to move my 5-bedroom house with just a 10-foot truck, without even telling me that is what they were bringing, which is completely unrealistic and misleading. Overall, the communication was unclear, the prices were inaccurate, and nothing matched what was advertised. I do not feel this company is trustworthy. Please take the time to be very considerate of the rest of the bad reviews.
Where do I start?! They showed up on time and moved my stuff without any problem. I waited 45 minutes for them to drive 15 mins. After 45 minutes I got a phone call that his phone was dead and didn’t have the address, so waited an extra 15 mins. They were definitely “milking” time. They overcharged me but at that point I was over it. I handed him my phone for him to enter his Venmo to pay him. I then continued to get calls/texts for 3 hours that I didn’t pay him. I sent proof over and over that I paid. Finally figured out that he entered the wrong Venmo and paid the wrong person, or so he said. I think he was trying to scam me out of money. Very disappointing and felt very taken advantage of. I do not recommend.
Terrible. Did not show up and will not answer the phone. I added pictures from our conversation and agreement. Now I have to pay extra to have someone come and move me immediately because the cleaners will be here in the morning. Terrible company with no communication at all.
