Shian did a great job getting it main tub working again. He drove 1.5 hours to come help us. He checked everything he could and even have us some recommendations for the future. I will always support a small business that shows so much professionalism.
I was able to get my pipe leak fixed the same-day. It was quality work and the price was fair. I will definitely use for future plumbing needs.
Very expensive to change a faucet stem and was liking water after changing. I tried to close and the faucet handle and it went the other way. He did tried to talk to me into changed my the complete faucet and also told me that I has some mist in the bottom of the faucet. I sent a message and he did call to tell me that the product is the problem or something like that.
Very prompt with responses and urgent. Will go back to him for future projects.
Responded to request within minutes and came out same day, Super Bowl Sunday to fix disposal clog drain with no up charge for it being Sunday. Very much appreciate the excellent service rendered.
Definitely someone to get in contact he was very professional and helpful and gave a few tips to let my landlord know about I love my new faucet reasonable price too and always communicative and let you ask questions as well… definitely will keep in contact for future reference and updates!
Quick to respond and very helpful. He was able to recommend a perfect replacement for our kitchen faucet. He even went to Home Depot and picked it up! Installation was quick and he made sure everything functioned well before leaving. He was fair and upfront with his price and honored it!
The pipe in the basement was leaking badly. Water would squirt out excessively every time we took a shower. The job ended up being a little bigger due to the amount of sludge in the pipe, and a larger section of the pipe needed to be cut to repair the leak. We were advised through each step of the process. Fair pricing. I have no complaints. Job well done!
Awesome work
This guy is the best plumber I’ve ever had come in My Home in a long time. He’s honest hard-working and extremely helpful. He even helped me with another issue that I had where a contract was sure I’m kidding trying to charge me $15,000 and he told me that’s not what I needed. I really appreciate his work will give him a score of 100 if I could because this guy, he’s going places hire him. I’m gonna have him back real soon.
Put your fears to rest if you find you need help with your sewer pipes & drains. I recently purchased my house. Shian is a professional with strong ethics. Understanding my situation, he was kind, thorough, and affordable. Fixed my problem, and was able to explain my system to me and how to maintain it. He was prepared to correct my issue on his initial visit, which was a FREE service call. That's major for me because of my schedule, and I'm on a fixed income right now. I will definitely be contacting SCLM Sewer & Drain to help me maintain my system, and if by chance I have any future issues with the drainage in my house.
