About Scot Childers
I have been drawing for almost 30 years and if you need a custom-home plan, I'd be honored to work with you in achieving that! I work closely with the client to customize their home design plans to exactly what they want. I use very high-end parametric-design software and can produce as little or much detail per what is desired by the customer.

Scot was great to work with! We needed a complete floorpan redesign and he was able to come up with ideas better than my own. He was very punctual, the designs were professional and stamped. He exceeded my expectations and we will continue working with him for all of our projects.
Scot is a professional and you will feel very confident with your plans.
We are building a custom 3700sf house near Centennial Park. Everything we asked for he did in a cost effective and timely manner. The floor plans look amazing, and we cannot wait to see the completed house.
Scot was responsive and provided the perfect amount of reassurance and updates! Highly recommend!

Scott was straight forward with what to expect, timeframes, and delivered on the timeline he gave us. He was kind and informative. We are glad this was such a smooth process.

Scot did a wonderful job helping us design our home! I would recommend him to anyone looking for an architect who is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and comes up with great ideas that you never even thought of. If you’re looking for an architect you should definitely call Scot! The photo attached are the plans being printed to blueprint.
