when your computer system goes down, that means loss of business and time. I called on Scotchtown Technology to visit my office after work hours to check out the network problems. when they arrived, they immediately knew what the problem was. Richard said he and his employee were discussing the issues and know exactly the problem. He was correct. They had the problem solved within 15 minutes and reviewed other things I should do for safety and efficiency. Richard and his employee were both very nice to deal with and very personable. I had 4 Ecobee thermostats installed. My house has 4 different zones, and only one controlled both heating and A/C. My house is over 50 years old. Thus, the wiring is not the most up-to-date. The tech was working hard to get the thermostats working. The owner of the company came to my house. The work they put in did get the thermostats installed, and fully functioning was incredible. They were on the phone with Ecobee getting answers. I could go on but give them a try. I would 100% use them again.

Excellent job! Showed up on time to work on both a ring doorbell and flood light installation. Rich is a perfectionist! Rather than simply installing and walking away from the job, he stayed to redo one of the screws because he didn’t like the way it looked. I know my wife appreciates that! He even called on his drive home to make sure to make sure the motion censor on the flood light was working correctly once it got dark. If you are looking for a job done right, Rich and Scotchtown Tech are your guys!
Very experienced in my tech set up.
I had a couple of Jobs done by them. First was replacing a thermostat with a nest thermostat. Then charging a lighting fixture to a power outlet and lastly mounting a TV. Everything came out excellent and would definitely recommend for this type of work.
Job wasn’t done and charged me for basically sending my computer and doing a diagnosis on my computer when it was very visible whether he can fix the screen or not. Will not recommend. And I also haven’t received my refund or my computer it’s been a month, totally feel jerked

Rich and Nick is the perfect pair. They are hilarious together and it made me feel at ease. Rich is an expert in his craft, very patient and informative. He would give inputs on what to buy or avoid. The job was clean and professional. The price for installation was fair and well-deserved. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

These guys are military-trained engineers. They know exactly what they're doing, do it right the first time, and explain it clearly.
